Yes, a credit card is required to start the 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then. We will send you an email reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
A subscription is one billing relationship between a customer and a plan. For example, if you have 50 customers each on a plan, that's 50 subscriptions. Traction supports up to 100 and Scale supports up to 250.
Yes, all prices are in Australian Dollars. Xero integration works across AU, NZ, UK, US, Canadian, and Irish organisations.
Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings. Yearly billing works out to about 13% cheaper.
Both Traction and Scale include Xero integration, a revenue dashboard, automated billing, all five plan types (flat fee, per unit, tiered, volume, and stairstep), and prorated billing items.
The two plans differ on subscription volume. Traction supports up to 100 subscriptions while Scale supports up to 250 subscriptions.
You will not be able to create new subscriptions until you upgrade or remove existing ones. If you need more than 250 subscriptions, get in touch and we'll sort something out.
